ABOUT ME

I started grooming in late 2022 and have enjoyed every minute of it since. After living in Nashville postgrad, I moved back home to Memphis in the summer of 2022. A few months later, the opportunity to become a dog groomer came across my path, and I knew I had to take it. I’ve always believed the connection you have with a dog or cat is truly one of the most special and pure forms of love life gives us. I always dreamed of working with animals and am proud to say my dream came true!

I am a crazy cat mom of two, with a lazy Maine Coon named Arthur and a mischevious Snowshoe named Hosea. In my free time, I enjoy embroidery, reading, and going to concerts.

Pet Stylist Aussie Pet Mobile

Dec. 2022 - Present

Working independently in mobile grooming van with zones in the Arlington and Cordova suburbs. Communicates with clients about services requested to ensure satisfaction. Continuously updates knowledge on techniques and skills regarding grooming in order to provide dogs the best care and style of groom necessary. Maintains cleanliness and organization of grooming van.

Daycare/Boarding Attendant The Pet Hospitals

Oct. 2022 - March 2023

Supervised daycare sessions twice a day. Assisted groomers in bathing and nail trims. Fed and walked dogs being boarded. Cleaned regularly to maintain boarding kennels.

Middle Tennessee State University Class of 2020

Majored in Recording Industry with a concentration in Music Business. Minored is Communications with a concentration in Journalism.
